PDX MEET & GREETER

If the passenger is not very mobile, unfamiliar with the airport or for any other reason, you may request assistance at PDX from our dedicated Meet 'n Greet person (the escort or chauffeur).  Additional charges may apply.  Options are below.  Complete passenger instructions for your chosen option will be included with your confirmation.

Meet & Greet at Curbside - Complimentary

Complimentary curbside pickup outside of baggage claim for the mobility challenged.  P/U location is located outside the terminal on the roadway; the nearest auto lane curb next to baggage claim. The chauffeur will remain at the curbside with the vehicle and will meet the party with the passengers name on a sign.

Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim escalator- $20 - $60

The chauffeur or escort will meet the party at the designated baggage claim escalator for your flight.  Even if you do not need to go to baggage claim, you must exit the terminal through 1 of 2 escalators at baggage claim.  Both options are full service, but option A involves solitary wait time and usually takes longer than option B.  Option B is expedited and is recommended for passengers who shouldn't be left by themselves.*

  1. Chauffeur meet & greet at the baggage claim escalator.  $20.00 additional charge.  The chauffeur will meet the party inside the terminal at the designated baggage claim escalator for your flight, with the passengers name on a sign.  The chauffeur will help with bags and direct the passengers to baggage claim, if applicable, and to a waiting area or give instructions of where to find the vehicle.  This option involves solitary wait time.  The chauffeur will retrieve the vehicle and meet the party at the designated waiting area.  This option may take up to 15-20 minutes longer than option B below.

  1. Escort meet & greet at the baggage claim escalator.  $60.00 additional charge.  The escort will meet the party inside the terminal at the baggage claim escalator with the passengers name on a sign.  The escort will help with bags and direct the passengers to baggage claim and/or to the awaiting chauffeur/vehicle.

Meet & Greet at the Security Gate - $35 - $80

All passenger's exit through a security checkpoint on their way to exit the terminal.  The chauffeur or escort will meet the party at the security checkpoint inside the terminal.  Both options are full service, but option A usually takes longer than option B. Option B is expedited and is recommended for passengers who shouldn't be left by themselves.*

  1. Chauffeur meet & greet at the security gate checkpoint.  $35.00 additional charge.  The chauffeur will meet the party at the security checkpoint with the passengers name on a sign and help with bags.  The chauffeur will direct the passenger to the destination, whether it is to the designated waiting area or to baggage claim and to the designated waiting area.  This option involves solitary wait time.  The chauffeur will retrieve the vehicle and meet the party at the designated waiting area.  This service may take approx. 15-20 minutes longer than option B below.

  1. Escort meet & greet at the security gate. Our most expedited, secure option.  $80.00 additional charge.  The escort will meet the party at the security gate checkpoint with the passengers name on a sign and help with bags.  The escort will then escort to baggage claim to collect bags, if applicable, and direct the passengers to the awaiting chauffeur/vehicle.

* Additional costs may apply beyond the regular charge for any service beyond a direct escort by the escort or chauffeur for one (1) person or a single group of people to a single destination (baggage claim and the awaiting vehicle are considered a single destination).
