offers a discounted gift certificate package, only available to schools and
non-profit organization (501 [c] [3]) auctions, and is described as follows:
The auction committee
would receive a gift certificate for a 6-hour limousine wine tour of the Yamhill County
for 6 or 12 persons at 40-50% off the full rate.

The cost would be
40% off $605, or $363. A catered picnic lunch, $12 each, may be
added to this cost. Lunches are optional. Cost includes the
chauffeur gratuity.
The total cost with lunches is therefore
$363 + $72 for 6 lunches (optional) + $61 Portland Metro P/U location =
$496 total
cost to the auction committee with lunches & with standard shipping.
The total cost without lunches is therefore
$363 + $61 Portland Metro P/U location =
$424 total
cost to the auction committee with standard shipping.
The total value of this tour is $738
with lunches. Additional pick-up location charges apply outside the
Portland Metro Area, and the GC recipient would be responsible for this charge.

The cost would be 50% off $1198, or $599.

$599 + $144 for 12 lunches (optional) + $96 Portland Metro Area P/U location =
$839 total cost to the auction committee with lunches & standard
shipping.
The total cost without lunches is therefore
$599 + $96 Portland Metro Area P/U location = $695 total cost to the
auction committee with standard shipping.
The total value of this tour is $1438
with lunches. Pick-up location charges apply outside the
Portland Metro Area, and the GC recipient would be responsible for this charge.

GC prices quoted above include all the costs for the tour,
including the driver/guide gratuity. The GC cost quote above does
not cover the lunches nor the winery tasting fees for the tour group.
Additional costs apply for lunches & winery tasting fees which the wineries
charge to taste their wines. You will have the option on the
application form to add or not add the lunches & winery tasting fees to the
purchase cost of the GC. If not added, then the GC recipient's would
be responsible for these costs, as applicable.
GC includes the chauffeur, tour guide, complete planning,
exclusive wineries if desired, door to door service, and either our
14-passenger limo bus
for the up to12 person tour our
8-passenger stretch
limo for the 6 person tour.
Lunches
may be chosen from either menu #1 or #2. For a custom lunch
order from either premier menu #3 or #4, the $12 pp lunch cost is applied
to the per person lunch charge for the premier menu by the GC recipient or
the auction committee.
The GC cost must be paid before the GC is issued to the auction committee. The
GC is fully refundable* to the auction committee if not
sold at the auction. Please contact us regarding GC payment, or with any questions
you may have. Thank you.
* The GC is fully
refundable; however, a $25 per gift certificate shipping/handling/processing fee applies
in the event the GC is not sold at auction or if the Auction Committee
cancels the order after it has been sent to the Auction Committee.

Wine Tour of the North Willamette Valley for 6 or 12 Persons --
My Chauffeur is a
small boutique wine tour company offering the highest level of
luxury service and quality in wine and culinary travel. As wine
educators, we try to make our programs educational while keeping the
atmosphere light and fun. Our primary goal is to make the world of
Oregon wine and cuisine accessible, understandable and enjoyable for our
guests, while providing a private, relaxing, luxurious, and authentic
experience of traveling in Oregon. And we mean REAL luxury. Only the
finest cuisine and the best estates we will visit if you wish. And a
roomy, deluxe, air conditioned limousine stocked with refreshments (not
a 9 passenger minibus for 8 guests and a driver - that's not our idea of
luxury or comfort). At all the estates we visit, you'll receive a warm
welcome and a personalized tasting. In some cases, you will tour the
technical facilities (vat room and aging cellars) in addition to your
tasting. Many times, we go out into the vineyard and the estate
representative will discuss vineyard management and harvesting.
Whenever possible, the tour is led by the cellarmaster, enologist, or
owner of the estate. Our guests often marvel at how unique each
estate visit is. At one estate, you might see an ancient wine
brotherhood display; at another, there will be beautiful gardens; at a
third, a special art exhibit. The tasting can be extensive and can
include barrel samples* of the latest vintage and/or bottles of recent
or older vintages. We sometimes taste in the aging cellar, sometimes in
the winery itself, and other times outdoors. The estate
representative will lead you through the tasting, helping you identify
aromas, tastes and overall quality. We will pick you up and drop you off
at your residence or hotel. We'll include 3-5 wineries in a
standard 6-hour tour, a lovely lunch if desired, and a
visit to a local sight of interest if you wish - your day will be
customized to include exactly what you want.
* Primarily offered holiday weekends, please
inquire.
GC TERMS: ALL TOURS ARE PRIVATE –
Additional persons may be able to be added at the regular rate. This
gift certificate may be substituted for other services. This
certificate is transferable, but may not be exchanged for cash, credit
or reproduced. Additional charges may apply for a pick-up outside
of the Portland City Limits. This gift certificate is valid for a
pick-up location anywhere within the (Portland City Limits) or
(Portland Metro Area). No block-out dates; Tour date is
subject to availability. Major holidays require a 20% surcharge. The GC holder understands the GC may be used
toward the full purchase price on the Thanksgiving /Memorial Day
weekends. GC includes the chauffeur gratuity. Lunch
is (included) or (not included). GC recipient is responsible for
all extra charges on the tour date, including winery tasting and/or
facility tour fees. For Friday and Saturday reservations, reservation time
cannot overlap the 6 pm hour.
The GC recipient’s credit card info. is required at reservation
confirmation.
