Pre-admission at Little Company of Mary Hospital is quick and easy and will help streamline your admission to the hospital when you arrive to have your baby. Prior to your delivery you will need to obtain and complete various pre-admission forms.

Here are some helpful hints that will save you time and energy:

• Pre-Register between your 6th and 7th month of pregnancy
• Bring your current picture ID
• Bring your health insurance card
• Register at one of the hospital Admitting Departments:

First Floor, Main Lobby
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Or

Diagnostic Center, Ground Floor
Saturdays and Sundays
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Don’t forget: Make sure you obtain pre-authorization from your health care insurance provider. Contact should be made within the first two trimesters of your pregnancy to avoid possible penalties. If you receive a letter of confirmation from your insurance company, please submit it with your other pre-admission forms.
