OB PACKAGE RATES FOR SELF PAY PATIENTS
This program is tailored to meet the needs of families who have insufficient
insurance coverage and want to realize the benefits of a prepaid package rate
that avoids the uncertainty of a large hospital bill after delivery.
To qualify for the prepaid package rate, expectant mothers are required to
pay the entire amount of the package by the day of discharge from the hospital.
The current rates are as follows:

Vaginal Delivery, up to a 48 hour stay

The above rates include all routine hospital services related to the
delivery and healthy newborn care only. NICU newborns are not considered
part of the packed rate and will be charged separately. If a baby is
transferred to the NICU after a vaginal delivery, the package rate for the
mother will be $2,200.00. If the baby is transferred to the NICU after a
C-Section, the package rate for the mother will be $3,800.00.
Any additional days, over the package rate, must be paid within 10 days
of discharge.
Not meeting the additional prompt payment amount due within the 10 day
timeframe will result in a higher price for the service.
